Subscriptions & Delivery

Readers can access the digital issue through an account and, where offered, order the printed edition. This page summarises how orders, billing and cancellations work. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Ordering and billing

• Prices, taxes and any delivery cost are shown before you confirm an order.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• You receive an order confirmation by email, together with your invoice.

Renewal and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account or by email; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content that starts immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once access begins, as you confirm at checkout. Printed issues damaged in transit are replaced free of charge — send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery

Digital access is available immediately after payment. Printed issues are dispatched according to the schedule shown at checkout; international delivery times vary and any customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
